Up to 10 of your machines in one subscription, or 20 on the larger one. They share its vCPU, memory and disk with each other, and with no other account. One price while the subscription exists.

- Billed by the minute while the subscription exists, whether its machines run or not.
- Every machine in a subscription can use all of its vCPU, memory and disk. When they use more memory together, they slow down. None of it is shared with another account.
- Every machine runs its own kernel, and you can upgrade it.

UCE (Universal Compute Elements), the platform our machines run on, runs on your own servers too. Everything else works just like our machines. UCE is sold on an Enterprise agreement.

IAM (identity and access management)
Every person who signs in is a user, and a machine or a service has a role. IAM is the layer under every machine, factory and permission.

What's included
- Deployport predicts a full disk, watches RAM, kernel OOM kills and network disconnections, and grows the storage before the disk fills. Common issues take one click to fix.
- Your team signs in through one identity provider (OIDC).
- You drive it from the console, the Mac and Windows apps, or the command line.
- Every firewall rule on the machine is visible, including the ones we did not create.
- A machine factory defines what may be launched, where, and how big. A developer launches inside it with no cloud console and no role to create.
- Setup scripts run at first start, pinned to a revision you review before it changes.
- SSH keys live on a factory and on a machine, mapped to OS users.
- Developers start and stop their own machines.
- You reach a machine by name, from ssh, from VS Code, or from behind NAT.
- A stopped machine starts when you connect to it.
- You run a command on a machine, and every result is recorded.
- You move a machine to another region.
Questions
What does a stopped machine cost?
On our machines, only its storage: $0.10 per GB per month. On a machine in your own cloud, your provider bills the storage instead.
Does a machine's user and role cost extra?
No. Every machine comes with its own identity: a built-in role, a user group and a user, created when it enrolls. Their cost is part of the machine's price, and the IAM table is for the users and roles you create yourself, which we call Custom Roles and Identities.
What does the assistant cost?
The model provider's token price plus 10%, with no API key to set up.
How do I add funds?
Top up $20 to $500 by card, on Stripe's own page, so the card number never touches our servers.
Can the balance top itself up?
Turn on automatic top-up after your first one, and it charges the saved card when the balance runs low.
Will I know when the balance is low?
We tell you when it reaches $5.
Where can I see what I used?
The account lists what every machine and the assistant used, hour by hour.
Do I get an invoice?
Stripe emails a payment confirmation for every top-up, and invoices are on request.
Can I get a refund?
Write to support, and we refund unused funds to your card.
