Your development box.
One machine you keep, reached from wherever you already work, and stopped when you are not using it.
What you get
- An SSH command that works from your terminal, from VS Code, or from a terminal in the browser, and the macOS and Windows apps when you would rather click.
- A stopped machine starts when you connect to it, so you never check whether it is running first.
- A development machine stops itself when it sees no activity: SSH sessions, CPU and network activity, and the AI harness on the machine. You can keep it running from the console, the desktop app, or the CLI.
- Resize CPU and RAM whenever the work changes.
- Every machine comes with Mecha, an assistant ready to tackle coding tasks, configuration and package installation. It is there as soon as your machine boots.
- The disk is fully persistent, so a machine you stop on Friday is the same machine on Monday.

A machine is billed by the minute while it runs, and its storage while it is stopped, so an idle box costs you a disk and not a machine. Sizes start at $0.05 a machine-hour. See Pricing.
